How much is shipping?

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $8 per order for USA. Orders $50 and up ship free. 

 I placed an order. When will I get it? 

We custom make every product. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Almost all orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the order submission date.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

I haven’ t received my order yet. What’s going on?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us info@alyonasworld.com

 with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

 

 

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your purchase is not everything you had hoped for please email us info@alyonasworld.com
