Each product is exclusive, custom cut and sewn, made on-demand-once you place an order. We produce it specifically for you. Alyona's World does not generally support returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or if a customer changes their mind. However, Alyona's World offers free replacement or refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors. To request a replacement or refund, customers should contact Alyona's World in support within 30 days of delivery with clear photo proof. 

Lost in transit:
If an order is returned due to an invalid address, Alyona's World refund the product price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
