Refund & Replacement Policy

Every item in our store is custom-made to order, just for you. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Lost in Transit If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (US orders) or 45 days (international orders), contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong product, size, or design, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send the correct item immediately.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo (for damaged, defective, or wrong items)
